Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego

17 June, 1922 - Fleet Air Base; major repairs and overhaul of aircraft material assigned to Aircraft Squadrons Battle Fleet. 

Operating allowance for general utility:

• 2 - Twin engine seaplanes
• 2 - Single engine seaplanes.

25 June 1923 - Naval District Air Station.

Operating allowance:

• 1 Division - 6 partol airplanes.
• 1 Division - 6 bombing airplanes.
• 2 twin-engine seaplanes for general utility.
• 2 single-engine airplanes for general utility.

Shortage of personnel will prevent the operation of the above complements, but the Bureau of Aeronautics will endeavor to supply the aircraft as needed.
