Operating allowance for general utility:

2 - Single engine seaplanes
2 - Single engine airplanes.

25 June 1923 - Naval District Air Station.

Operating allowance:

1 Division - 6 partol airplanes.
1 Division - 6 bombing airplanes.
2 twin-engine seaplanes for general utility.
2 single-engine airplanes for general utility.

Shortage of personnel will prevent the operation of the above complements, but the Bureau of Aeronautics will endeavor to supply the aircraft as needed.
