Felix The Cat Squadron

This is the Felix The Cat Squadron Page.

This insigna appears on a Grumman F3F-1 aircraft with a BuNo. 0247 and is in VF-6 Squadron.  The aircraft is  6-F-18.  Here is the Link to it.

Unfortunately, sometime there is trouble and an aircraft is lost.  Here is the Felix insigna on a wrecked aircraft. 

I don't know a lot about this aircraft yet.  I do know it was a Grumman F3F-1.  The wreckage does not show what squadron it was but it does show it was Aircraft F-19.  Here is the Link to it.
